R. I. Rowly is an IT entrepreneur and software developer with 29 years of experience in the ICT sector. He is expert in business process analysis and reengineering, designing workflow based application architecture and implementation methodology. Experienced in enterprise management, strategic planning, and policy formulation. Mr. Rowly was a key team player in designing several Software Application Products.
