EasyQ (Queue Management System)
EasyQ is a queue management system to upgrade the service quality and quantity in customer service centers. EasyQ will help better customer experience with call, recall, waiting operations.
EasyQ can be operated as dynamic allocation in counters (free counter will get a token) or static counter allocation for different services.
Our system components may run on wired or wireless mode to suit your environmental requirement and help installation with minimum invasion.
The system can be extended to offer token issue from machine, web interface or mobile app using api. Thus can give ultimate customer comfort for registering for Service Queue.
The central database will requires minimum hardware as low as a windows PC or any server hardware.
